Terms of service

Invite provides digital invitation templates and custom design services, link-based publishing, guest management, and RSVP tools. Available features depend on the selected product.

You can design and preview without an account; to pay you need to create an account or sign in, because that is where your invitation is saved and managed.

Prices, currency, and included content are shown before payment. PayPal payments are processed by PayPal. Card payments are processed by Paddle as authorized reseller (Merchant of Record); depending on your country, Paddle may add taxes to the displayed price and you will see the final total before confirming. A purchase is confirmed when the payment provider authorizes it. Access is delivered in your dashboard and by email.

Every template is sold in two plans, at the price shown before payment (currently Basic US$60 and Pro US$90). Pricing depends on the event type: quinceañera invitations cost US$45 on Basic and US$60 on Pro; weddings keep the stated range. It is a one-time payment, with no subscription or recurring charges.

Basic includes the complete, editable invitation, the guest list with a private link and seats per family, WhatsApp sending with a default message, RSVPs (name, attendance, companions, phone, email and message) and the guest list download.

Pro includes everything in Basic plus the table plan (and its sheets in the Excel download), guest upload from Excel or CSV files, an editable WhatsApp message, menu and dietary questions in the RSVP form, and downloading the invitation as a keepsake.

After the event, a Basic invitation stays online 30 days and is deleted with its data on day 45. A Pro invitation stays online 90 days (3 months) and is deleted on day 105; before then you can download it as a keepsake.

You can move from Basic to Pro at any time while the invitation exists by paying the difference (US$15 for quinceañeras; US$30 for weddings). The upgrade activates once the payment is confirmed and you keep all your content. If the upgrade is refunded, the invitation returns to Basic. Moving from Pro to Basic, or refunding the difference after a Pro feature was used, is not possible.

Save the Date. Sold on its own for US$30, or with US$15 off when bought together with its invitation or within 15 days of the first purchase. Its link stays active until 30 days after the event date.

The purchaser is responsible for reviewing names, dates, locations, photographs, and other content before publishing. Templates allow the indicated fields to be edited, while visual composition may remain limited to protect the design.

The service must be used for lawful events and content. You may not publish material that violates third-party rights, privacy, intellectual property, or security, or attempt to access another person's account, link, or administrative area.

Access. Invite Partner is a program for event professionals. It requires an application that Invite approves. Being a Partner is free: there is no membership, recurring fee, or automatic charge. Converting an account into a Partner account is permanent, and only support can revert it while the account has no activity.

Credits. Partners buy invitation credits in packs at the price shown before payment. A Basic plan invitation uses 1 credit and a Pro plan invitation uses 2 credits, on any active template in the catalog. A Partner's quinceañera invitations are always Pro and use 1 credit. A custom invitation uses 3 credits (2 for a quinceañera), is Pro and includes 2 rounds of changes; each extra round uses 1 credit. A Pro invitation created with credits includes its Save the Date for events that offer one. Credits are deducted when the Partner creates the invitation or orders the design from their panel. Each account's first purchase must be at least 3 credits; later purchases may be from 1 credit.

Validity and value. Credits never expire. Credits already bought keep their equivalence (1 credit per Basic invitation, 2 per Pro invitation and 3 per custom invitation) even if public or pack prices change. Credits are not money: they cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.

Client link. When a client buys an invitation, an invitation with its Save the Date or a custom design through the Partner's link, the invitation is added to the Partner's portfolio without spending credits. Every 5 paid purchases through that link earn 1 free credit. Save the Dates bought on their own, free coupon checkouts and purchases made with the Partner's own email do not count. If a purchase is refunded it stops counting and, if it had completed a free credit, that credit is deducted.

Pack refunds. You may request a refund of a pack by emailing invite@adversedo.com within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not used any credit from that pack. After that period, or once credits from the pack were used, it is not refundable. If a payment is refunded or reversed with the payment provider, its credits are deducted; if they were already used, the credit balance may become negative and no invitations can be created until a new purchase covers it.

Suspension and closure. Invite may suspend a Partner account for breaching these terms or for fraudulent use, and void credits obtained improperly. During a suspension credits are kept and invitations already created keep working. If Invite discontinues the program, it will give at least 60 days' notice so credits can be used, and will refund at purchase price any credits that cannot be used.

Previous membership. The annual Founding Partner membership is no longer offered or renewed. Its remaining balance was converted into credits at the best pack price.

Guarantee: if you do not receive the invitation you purchased, or it does not work as offered and we cannot fix it, we refund 100% of what you paid. Email invite@adversedo.com with the purchase email and order number. In other cases, because this is a personalized digital product, cancellation and refund requests are reviewed based on delivery status and work already completed. Invite Partner credit packs follow the rules in section 6.

Nothing in this section limits mandatory rights under applicable law.

We work to keep the service available and secure, but maintenance, provider failures, or events outside our control may occur. Where reasonable, we will try to restore access or provide an alternative.

Invite and its suppliers retain rights in the platform, templates, and proprietary elements. A purchase grants a limited right to use the purchased invitation; it does not authorize resale, copying, or distribution of templates as standalone products. You retain applicable rights in content you provide.

To the extent permitted by law, Invite is not responsible for incorrect user-provided content, misuse of shared links, or external services. Any limitation applies subject to mandatory consumer rights.

We may update these terms when the service changes. The current version will be published here. For purchase questions, include the email used and available reference, but never send card details.
