Privacy policy

We may receive contact and purchase details, invitation content, photographs you choose to upload, guest lists, RSVP responses, basic technical information, and support communications. We do not store card numbers: PayPal payments are processed by PayPal, and card payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as authorized reseller (Merchant of Record) and calculates any taxes that apply in your country.

We use data to provide the service, process purchases, create and publish invitations, manage RSVPs, respond to requests, prevent fraud, maintain security, and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data. We only send inspiration, product news, or discounts to accounts and guests who give express, optional consent. The marketing preference does not affect necessary account, purchase, security, or saved-design recovery messages, and it can be withdrawn from any campaign.

We use these providers: Vercel (site hosting), Neon (database), Cloudinary (image storage), PayPal and Paddle (payments), Resend (email), Cloudflare Turnstile (abuse protection on forms), Google (Analytics, only if you accept it), and YouTube (when an invitation includes music). Each provider receives only the information required for its function and operates under its own privacy terms.

The purchaser decides what to publish and who receives the link. Individual guest links should be treated as private. Invite marks these pages so search engines should not index them, but anyone who receives a link may be able to open it.

An invitation and its guest data are deleted according to its plan: on day 45 after the event for Basic and on day 105 for Pro (see Terms, section 3). Account and purchase data are kept while the account exists and for as long as accounting and legal obligations require. We apply reasonable technical and organizational controls, although no Internet-connected system can provide absolute security.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data, subject to applicable legal and operational obligations. You may also request information about how it is processed.

We may request private feedback after a purchase and again after the event. Responding is optional. Feedback is published as a testimonial only when you expressly choose the scope, how your name appears, and accept the permission text.

We review testimonials before publication. If you authorize a design preview, we use a safe catalog image rather than the event address, guest list, or other private information. You can withdraw permission from your account; once withdrawn, the testimonial is no longer displayed.

We use cookies required for language, sessions, and security. We ask permission before enabling measurement. If you accept, we use a first-party pseudonymous identifier to count unique people across funnel stages and, when configured, Google Analytics for aggregated usage and performance statistics. If you continue without measurement, we do not create the identifier and the Analytics tag does not load.

Internal events do not store email, IP address, user-agent, names, or guest details. Google Analytics does not run on the dashboard, editor, private previews, or personal invitations. On the payment page it only records aggregate events, such as starting a payment or applying a coupon, never card or billing details. To pay by card, the payment page loads Paddle's script, which may use its own cookies to process the payment and prevent fraud even if you decline measurement. If you decline measurement after accepting it, we remove the browser identifier and stop recording future events. You can also remove the saved preference from your browser's site data.

We may update this policy to reflect service or legal changes. The current version and update date will be published on this page.
